Yes, we are still accepting new customers at this time.
Unlike other prep centers, we do not have any minimum unit requirements. We are here to help small businesses grow and understand that everyone/everything always has to start out small. We do, however, have a 3 tier pricing structure that saves you money as your monthly volume increases. (1-499, 500-999, and 1,000+) All new customers start out with the best pricing for the first month and then pricing would be evaluated based on that first month’s volume.
No, we do not charge a monthly or subscription fee.
Yes! Although we are capable of much more, OA is our specialty.
Our average turnaround time is 24-48 hours for up to 300 items and an additional 24 hours for each additional 300 items. This applies once all items are in our possession for that shipment. May vary depending on volume. While we strive to always meet or exceed this turnaround times, there are sometimes things that are out of our control that may temporarily affect these times. If this were to happen we would communicate this with you.
Unlike other prep centers, we do not charge any extra for bundles. The pricing would be the same for any other unit whether it is for 1 or 6 or whatever number you may have.
First, we would need you to fill out the New Customer Registration form, once we receive that back we will send you your personalized Inbound Log Google Sheet that will have further instructions to complete your onboarding.
Yes, we are able to do this.
The charge would be the same as all outbound items. We would charge the fee once we ship it out.
Yes, we can do FBM.
The pricing would be the same unless the item(s) cannot fit in an envelope or box that we are able to obtain free (from USPS or UPS). In which case, we would pass along the cost of the envelope or box.
We send invoices on Mondays for services provided Monday-Friday of the prior week. The invoices are due Friday of the week they are received.
We can accept most payment methods. We prefer Zelle or direct bank transfer.You can pay directly on your invoice once you receive it using a credit card or bank transfer.
We offer up to 30 days of free storage. After that the cost depends on how much space is being utilized. An entire shelving rack (5 shelves) or pallet (40" x 48" x 54" inches) is $25/ month. For a partial to full shelf it is $5/month.
These are the ship time options you will see on your inbound log:
ASAP – When you want us to ship an item as soon as we receive it. If you have several items marked as ASAP we will ship all of those items together and may wait for some of the other items if it makes sense to ship them all together cost wise.
End of Week – We will ship anything we have for you (marked with this) on Friday of the week we receive it.
Item Minimum – If you have a specific amount of that item you want us to wait for before shipping with the rest of your stuff. (ie. You order 100 items but want us to ship whenever we have at least 25 of those items)
Shipment Minimum – If you have a specific amount of items you want us to wait and ship when we have that amount of items. This can also be used if you want us to ship when we have enough to ship a box or that makes it cost effective size and weight wise.
Hold for Additional Items – When you want us to hold that item until we have other items to go with it. You would need to change this once you are ready for us to ship it.
Other: - When you have other specific instructions as to when you want us to ship those items.
We will notify you when we receive a damaged product and can provide pictures. We then will wait on your response on what to do with the item. If you have a return label for the item, you can send that to us to handle.
Major carriers (Fedex, UPS, etc.) will deliver all weekend packages to us on Monday.
For Walmart orders, we suggest not ordering Friday-Sunday if possible. If items are delivered by Walmart delivery when we are not there, they are left on a shelf we have outside of the warehouse. They will be checked in when we arrive on Monday. Although there are security cameras, we are NOT responsible for any items delivered on the weekend.
Yes, you may use our warehouse address.
While we do still receive email and WhatsApp messages, our primary method of communication is Slack. Each client will be invited to their own private slack channel for communication with our entire team.
No, we have a process that allows us to be very efficient and requires very little on your end. For you to send us labels, that would require more work on your end and cause delays (and back and forth) with our process.
